The services are intended exclusively for seasonal risk management consulting and financial planning for businesses affected by periodic climate fluctuations.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and not to use the services for illegal or fraudulent purposes. Any violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension of access.
SunflowersAndSnow commits to providing the services with professional diligence but does not guarantee specific financial results. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days prior notice.
Under no circumstances shall SunflowersAndSnow be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question over the last 12 months.
Payments are made according to the issued invoice. Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully accessed. For courses, a refund is possible only before accessing the first module.
The user may terminate the use of services at any time by written notice. SunflowersAndSnow may terminate the contract with 15 days notice in case of serious non-compliance. After termination, user data will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified 30 days in advance by email at the registered address. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
